We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your digital edition for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed through our payment provider, Stripe. To request a refund, email support@shopmrservon.com with the email address you used at checkout and your order reference (shown on your payment receipt). We will confirm your request and issue the refund to your original payment method.
Refund timing
Once approved, refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to decline refund requests that are made after the 30-day period, or where we find evidence of abuse, fraud, or repeated refund requests. Refunds may also be limited if a large number of download links have already been used for the purchase.
